To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act any semiautomatic rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine.

    I sent a note to his office through his official House site requesting the language of the bill. It was introduced 8 days ago; there is no reason to not have the text available.

    This garbage is nothing but grandstanding. Want guarantee republican rule in 2020?
