History of OpticsPlanet Dedication to Troops:
Starting in 2015, OpticsPlanet.com created a campaign to raise charitable donations for service members and their families – called Gear Up for a Cause. It was a campaign that featured special offers and sales events designed to raise a charitable donation and awareness for Hope For The Warriors®. In 2017, the donation goal was $50,000, with a minimum of $20,000 guaranteed in donations.
Continuing the tremendous support, in addition to the yearly Gear Up for a Cause campaign, in 2016 & 2017 OpticsPlanet’s Operation Gift campaign partnered with Operation Gratitude to help send more than 3,000 care packages to members of the armed forces serving across the world.
Current Support of Troops:
OpticsPlanet has continued their efforts in their supporting of the Military by once again teaming up with Hope For The Warriors®, to help restore self, family, and hope to post-9/11 service members, their families, and families of the fallen. For each purchase that is made on OpticsPlanet.com, we will donate 0.75% of the net proceeds of all sales to help the troops.
