5.7x28mm Comparisons
Some friends and I were talking about the 5.7x28mm round on Saturday. As the only one of the group to actually see and handle a 5.7x28mm round, I decided take a couple of photos for comparison.
The 5.7x28mm round is available in 28, 31, 40, and 55gr bullet weights.
Even though I was the only one of the group to have first hand experience with the round, I’ve actually never shot the FN Five Seven. A friend can’t say enough good things about his Five Seven however. From what I hear of the 5.7x28mm round, firing it from a pistol is not noticeably different than a .22WMR (.22 magnum) round. I really can’t tell much difference in the .22LR when comparing it to the .22WMR, so I’d assume that the 5.7x28mm basically feels like you’re shooting a .22LR out of the gun.

I like mine. Wish Savage would make the bolt rifle they were talking about.
Would like to hear about more real world shooting involving civilian ammo
