It’s ‘insane’ that civilians can buy semiautomatic assault rifles
A Trump administration nominee for a top Pentagon job told Congress on Tuesday that it’s “insane” civilians can buy semiautomatic assault rifles — like the type used in Sunday’s deadly church shooting in Texas.
“I’d also like to — and I may get in trouble with other members of the committee — just say how insane it is that in the United States of America a civilian can go out and buy a semiautomatic assault rifle like an AR-15, which is apparently the weapon that was used,” said Dr. Dean Winslow, the nominee for assistant secretary of defense for health affairs, during his confirmation hearing in front of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Why does anyone need.a knife longer than two inches. I think all knives longer than two inches should be banned. Also ban autos people can take public transportation. To many people get drink high and get behind the wheel.p and cause deaths. No need to have your own transportation. Cab Uber Bus and Train should be the way to go. Doesn’t this make sense? BS
I think it’s also stupid that anyone, and I mean ANYONE, can actually go to a forum like this one, and actually express an opinion that so many other people simply don’t like!
How insane is that?
And how can anyone possibly worship the One and Only God in a way that isn’t the same as I do? Blasphemy, I tell you!
And, do you know that we actually allow people to gather IN THE STREETS to protest the way our justice system works? How can that be? Just look how often that turns into unlawful activity like rioting and destruction of private property!
If we could house police and military units in peoples’ homes, this just wouldn’t happen.
