I spent almost 10 minutes thinking about comment that would encapsulate the tactical value and the clear excellent access to his firearm.
I finally decided that his only failure was to have his shirt tucked in.
Clearly, he should have his shirttails covering his tactical supremacy so that other
tactical Tommys would not copy his brilliance.
