Can someone come up with something more concrete than this petition, that this is legit.
hate to be the internet skeptic but this is almost too perfect of a story. It hits on all the right points that will trigger a reaction.
if it is all true, it deserves the wrath of the internet and the power of the ppl to stop this from happening, not to mention get them back into class.
You should SUE them for violations of the 1st, 4th, and 14th amendments. That picture was taken with YOUR camera, on YOUR property, and posted from YOUR computer. If it was a picture of you committing a crime, they should notify the police, and you should be arrested and given a fair trial. BUT YOU ARE NOT COMMITTING A CRIME— so the school has NO RIGHT to be involved!!!
