Mexican President Calderon Advises US to Strengthen Gun Control after Colorado Shooting

Felipe Calderon has used the Aurora, Colorado shooting to call for further restrictions on guns in the United States.

How about he worry about Mexico’s problems before trying to dictate United States law? Especially when it comes to guns. In Mexico, there is one gun store in the entire country. In the last six years, there have been in excess of 55,000 gun deaths in the country of Mexico.

To put that in comparison, the Vietnam War (1960 – 1975) cost the United States 58,000 lives and 350,000 casualties.
