A few years and guns ago, I drew on someone who followed my wife and I home at night. I never pointed the pistol at the man, but was also calling the police and taking cover at the same time.
End result, officers showed up, took our statement and nothing further ever happened.
The man was warned, we were fully within our rights to shoot him had he set foot on our property and to never do something like that again.
Lesson: draw your phone as soon after your firearm as soon as safely possible.
