Man Shot Dead After Refusing His Turn in Russian Roulette
A group of men were drinking and playing Russian roulette at a party in Delaware last weekend. As if out of a scene from The Deer Hunter, when one of the men refused his turn, another took the gun, pointed it at the man’s head and pulled the trigger.
A bullet was in the chamber for that round of the “game.” The man was shot dead.
Wilmington police say two illegal immigrants have been charged with murder in the shooting death of Juan Tomas Chaves Robles, 30, of Mexico, during that game of Russian roulette.
Police said Wednesday that 31-year-old Antonio Vieyra was charged with second-degree murder, and 28-year-old Cecilio Mendez-Ballesteros was charged with first-degree murder. Both men also were charged with possession of a deadly weapon during a felony.
Master Sgt. Steven Barnes says the men had been drinking with others Saturday at a house on the 1100 block of West Third Street – the house where the alleged shooter, Mendez-Ballesteros, was living.
The victim, Robles, had been at the home of the party since Friday, Barnes told The News Journal.
Barnes says officers found Robles dead of a gunshot wound to the head about 4:45 p.m. Saturday.
Wow, there are so many things wrong here….
1) Illegals
2) Rule 2 violation (Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy)
3) Murder

Not a violation of rule 2. Murderer was willing to kill the other idiot.
